Organic Growers of
Bayntun Flowers are organic growers of rare and unusual flowers, cultivated in a series of walled gardens and a one-acre field at the foot of the Marlborough Downs in Wiltshire. We tend groups of flowers in detailed collections that reflect their varied, and often historic, nature. Tulips are a specialism; Polly Nicholson is holder of the National Collection of Tulipa (Historic) with Plant Heritage.
Our cut flowers are available to the industry wholesale, and we use them in our own floristry for bespoke orders and small events. Freshly picked to order, they rest overnight in the cool of a Georgian coach house before being collected or delivered further afield. We raise our polycultural community of plants in accordance with Soil Association standards, and rely on nature’s own cycle to keep the garden in good health.
